Support FAQ

  • Personally, I find it easier to work with people I have a mutual understanding with. Neurodivergent folk tend to be more understanding and accommodating since they know how tough things can be. That's also why I'm open about sharing my own diagnoses.

  • That's totally okay! If you've come this far, there must be something about my business that has drawn you in, so you're probably my kind of person, regardless of your neurotype.

  • Absolutely! Self-diagnosis is completely valid, and I will never ask you for proof of your diagnosis.

  • No. When I say Neurodivergent, I'm referring to anyone whose brain diverges from what is considered the norm. A helpful resource to understand this is the Neurodivergent Umbrella by Sonny Jane Wise (linked on the left).

When I talk about personally being Neurodivergent, I'm referring to my diagnoses of Autism and ADHD.

  • Please do! I will never ask you to mask your true self. While I'll try to keep us on track to make the most of your time, all I ask from you is to treat me with kindness and respect, just as I will do for you.

  • We can communicate however works best for you! While I prefer to avoid phone calls, I'm flexible and can accommodate your preferences.

Please still book a time in the booking link if possible, so that I can give you my undivided attention regardless of the method.

My preferred learning style is visual or written, so if you have a task you like completed a specific way, I may ask you to show me how you do it the first time around.
